WOW...2015 was filled with a lot of great things and personal achievements. The BIGGEST thing for me was resigning from my job of 11 years in OCT! I was so torn as it was a VERY hard decision for me. I was very fortunate in working for a non profit and found that my passion to help people was not only enabled but fulfilled there. I had the good fortune of opening a thrift store and managing it. I learned a lot not only about thrift stores but about myself. I met and engaged with some of the coolest people. We received donations from our community and might I say...some of the most bizarre things get donated... it's a never ending job and I became so focused on the job that I lost focus of myself.My stress level was over the moon. I did not recognize the person I had become and knew that I had to make a change and soon!! My husband who is my rock, supported my decision to resign. SOooooo...here I am 3 months later and feeling so much better about myself.
Here is to 2016 and recreating Stephie, as I don't want to "find myself" that would be a step backward for me...lol
